I wanted to thank you so much for all your kind assistance in planning the full day Rome tour for the Chapekis family of 7/15/11.  They have returned from their cruise and were very, very happy with the driver, guide and tour that you planned.  Mrs. Chapekis said they could never have seen all the sites they saw using one of the ship’s tours so I am very glad you were there to assist both myself and the family!
